• Business data — information you input into your dashboard, planner and toolkits.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, time spent, device & browser info.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Paddle); we never store card details.

3. How we use it

• To provide, maintain and improve the platform.
• To personalise your strategy planner, toolkits and recommendations.
• To process subscriptions and send service-related emails.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To send marketing emails (only if you opt in — unsubscribe anytime).

4. Intelligence processing

When you use Intelligence features, your inputs are sent to our technology providers to generate a response. We do not use your business content to train third-party intelligence models.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors needed to run the service (hosting, payments, email, analytics) under strict data-protection agreements.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent laws, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@fempreneur.world to exercise these rights.

7. Data retention

We keep your account data while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
