1. Our refund period
Fempreneur is operated by Fempreneur Limited Company, Company Registration Number: 17180920. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of your order date.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions using the email address and order details from your purchase. You can also contact us at hello@fempreneur.world if you need help locating your order information.
3. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel an active subscription from your billing page. Cancelling prevents future renewals, but it is separate from a refund request. If you want a refund for an eligible purchase, please request it within the 30-day refund period.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider. Paddle may contact you if additional information is needed to complete the request.
