Terms of Service — Fempreneur

1. Who you are contracting with

Fempreneur is operated by Fempreneur Limited Company, Company Registration Number: 17180920 ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fempreneur, including our website, dashboards, toolkits, planning tools, content and strategy features.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or continuing to use Fempreneur, you agree to these terms. If you use Fempreneur on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, protecting your login credentials and all activity that happens under your account. You must not share access in a way that avoids subscription limits or compromises the security of the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Fempreneur. This includes using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or spam activity; uploading or creating content that infringes another person’s rights; attempting to disrupt, probe, scrape, reverse engineer or compromise the platform; introducing malware; or using outputs in a way that could cause harm without appropriate human review.

5. Strategy and intelligence features

Fempreneur may provide planning prompts, content suggestions, commercial insights and generated outputs. These are designed to support your thinking, not replace your judgement. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, checking accuracy and making business decisions based on your own circumstances.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of Fempreneur, including the software, design, brand, templates, documentation, content, systems and intellectual property that make up the service. Subject to your plan and compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Fempreneur for your own business purposes.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the business information, prompts, notes and content you add to Fempreneur. You grant us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You must have the rights needed to submit any content you upload or enter.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis according to the plan you choose at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable and useful service, but we do not guarantee that Fempreneur will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. We may update, improve, suspend or withdraw parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create security or fraud risk, misuse the service, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use requirements. You may stop using Fempreneur at any time and can manage your subscription from your billing page.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fempreneur is provided without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
